I tried contacting the company and they never responded to my email. My daughter purchases items from them all the time but do so at the market they attend in Charlotte. I do not recommend ordering directly from them. I have several of their items, which I love but my daughter purchased them in person. The online ordering experience for me was a disaster and I am still waiting for my product. Unacceptable because they did not respond to my email!
